Biography

Dr. Meryem Zabarra is a distinguished Moroccan epidemiologist and public health expert. She earned her PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Rabat, where she conducted extensive research in her field. 

Professionally, she serves as a senior executive at the University Hospital Center (CHU) in Rabat, contributing significantly to healthcare management and policy implementation. 

In addition to her medical career, She holds leadership roles in various organizations. She is the President of the Lions Club Rabat Elites and the Vice President of PJM Officiel, reflecting her commitment to community service and professional development. 

Her contributions to public health are further highlighted by her research on the comorbidity of addictive and mental disorders, particularly focusing on women's mental health. 

Dr. Zabarra's dedication to healthcare and community service continues to make a significant impact in Morocco and beyond.
